Scope and quotes
Every project starts with a written, fixed-price quote describing the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule and the number of included revision rounds. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only starts with your approval. A quote may carry an expiry date.
Payments
- Unless your quote says otherwise, a deposit of 30% is due before work starts and the remaining 70% after you have reviewed the preview, before final delivery.
- Some projects use a different deposit or milestone payments; the schedule in your quote applies.
- We confirm each payment in the payment provider's account or our bank statement. A payment counts as received only once confirmed there.
- Payment-provider fees and currency conversion are handled as stated in your quote.
Previews and revisions
We share work in progress on a private preview or staging environment. Your quote states how many rounds of revisions are included; a revision round is a consolidated set of changes within the agreed scope. Further rounds or new requirements are quoted separately.
Delivery and ownership
Final files, source code or production deployment are delivered once all payments are confirmed. On full payment, you may use, modify and deploy the delivered work for your project. Third-party components (for example open-source libraries or WordPress itself) remain under their own licenses, and we may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific code.
Cancellation
Either side may cancel a project in writing. Deposits cover work already scheduled or performed; how any refund is handled for a cancelled project is agreed in the quote or in writing at the time.
