Privacy notice

What we collect

• What you enter in the project form: name, email, company and website, project details, budget range and timeline.
• Information exchanged while we work together: quotes, payment references, preview links, revision requests and delivery records.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam and abuse. We don't store the address itself.

This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

How we use it

Only to discuss, quote, deliver and keep records of your project, and to reply to you. We don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Where it's stored

Project records are kept in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) and the site runs on Vercel. Emails are sent through our email provider. We never receive or store card details; payments are made directly through the payment provider you choose.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, at hello@wpxero.com. We may need to keep payment and delivery records where the law requires it.
