Custom development by WPXERO

Need something beyond an existing WPXERO product?

We can help build a custom solution tailored to your requirements — starting with WordPress plugins, the thing we build every day.

  • Fixed price agreed upfront
  • 30% deposit to start
  • Pay the rest after a private preview

What we build

WordPress first, by people who ship WordPress plugins

Most of what we build is for WordPress. If your project fits there, it's what we know best.

Our main service

Custom WordPress plugin development

A plugin designed around how your business actually works — built with the same care as the plugins we publish and maintain ourselves.

  • Settings pages, custom post types, blocks and shortcodes
  • REST API endpoints and third-party integrations
  • For your own site, your clients' sites, or to sell and distribute
  • Source code you own once the project is paid in full
Plan a custom plugin

Existing plugin customization

Extend or adapt a plugin you already rely on — including any WPXERO plugin — without forking your whole site.

WooCommerce

Checkout changes, product and pricing logic, store integrations and custom order workflows.

Gutenberg & Elementor

Custom blocks, block patterns, Elementor widgets and dynamic content for your editors.

WordPress APIs & integrations

REST endpoints, headless setups and syncing WordPress with the systems you already use.

Other WordPress work

Performance fixes, migrations, theme changes — if it runs on WordPress, ask us.

Beyond WordPress — selected projects

React, Next.js & TypeScript web apps · SaaS dashboards & internal tools · API integrations & automation

Tell us about it

How it works

A clear process from first message to handover

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Describe the problem in plain language. You don't need to know which technology to use.

  2. 02

    We discuss the details

We ask questions, suggest options and agree on scope, deliverables and timeline together.

  3. 03

    You get a fixed-price quote

One price for the agreed scope, with the number of included revisions written down.

  4. 04

    Deposit, then we build

Work starts once your deposit — normally 30% — is confirmed in our payment account.

  5. 05

    Review a private preview

You test the work on a private preview or staging site and request the included revisions.

  6. 06

    Final payment & handover

Once the remaining balance is confirmed, we deliver the files, source code or production deployment.

Payments

Simple, fixed-price terms

You always know what you're paying for and when.

Fixed price

You approve one price for the agreed scope before any work starts. Changes to scope are quoted separately and only with your approval.

30% to start, 70% on approval

A deposit starts the work and the balance is due after you've reviewed the preview. Larger projects can be split into milestones.

Every payment is confirmed

We confirm each payment in the payment provider's account or bank statement before starting work or releasing final files — never from a screenshot.

FAQ

Questions before you start

Do I need to know which technology to use?

No. Describe what you need the way you'd explain it to a colleague. We'll recommend the approach, and you can ask about anything in the quote before you approve it.

What if a WPXERO plugin almost does what I need?

Tell us which plugin and what's missing. Sometimes the best answer is a small customization or an extension rather than a new plugin, and we'll say so.

How is the price decided?

After we understand the requirements, we send a fixed-price quote covering the scope, deliverables, timeline and included revisions. The budget range you give us on the form helps us suggest an approach that fits it.

Which payment methods can I use?

Options may include an Upwork contract, a Payoneer payment request, a payment link or a bank transfer, depending on the project and where you are. We'll confirm what's available when we send your quote.

Who owns the code?

Once the project is paid in full, you receive the agreed files and source code and may use and modify them for your project. The exact terms are written into your quote and our service terms.

Do you take projects that aren't WordPress?

Yes, selectively — React, Next.js and TypeScript web apps, SaaS tools, API integrations and automation. WordPress plugins are our focus, so we'll tell you honestly if a project isn't a good fit.

What happens after delivery?

Anything beyond the agreed scope — new features, ongoing maintenance or updates — is quoted separately. Mention it in your request if you expect to need it.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you need. We'll reply with questions or a next step — there's no cost and no commitment until you approve a quote.
